FOLLOWING THE MONEY
Robert Watts has been compiling The Sunday Times Rich List since 2015. Billed as the definitive guide to UK wealth, this annual publication has been charting the wealth of the UK’s most affluent individuals and families for more than 30 years.
Compiling the Rich List involves valuing private companies, analysing shareholder registers of public companies as well as liaising with many of the UK’s wealthiest people.
THE PRIVATE SCHOOL PAY LIST
In 2021, also for The Sunday Times, we put together the most comprehensive analysis of senior staff remuneration at the UK’s leading independent schools, featuring more than 200 institutions and analysis hundreds of others.
THE SUNDAY TIMES TAX LIST 2021
Robert Watts devised the methodology for the Sunday Times Tax List, which first appeared in 2019. This annual publication looks to find the individuals and families who make the largest contribution to the UK public finances each year. This research looks at taxes paid by businesses as well as some personal taxation.
